KUALA LUMPUR: A couple on the road caused a traffic jam in Johor Baru, when a man drove very slowly to persuade his partner to get back into the car.
In a viral video on TikTok, the woman, dressed in a light green baju kurung, was seen walking barefoot with her heels on one hand and her phone on the other.
Following closely was the man driving a Proton Waja, assumed to be attempting to console his partner.
The video was uploaded by @fiedhacoway, and had since garnered over 1.2 million views, and over 7,000 comments.
"Perhaps they just came home from a wedding invitation, because they wore matching clothes. Maybe there was some misunderstanding… Hopefully all is well and is eased for them," she captioned.
In the comments, many TikTok users "reminisced" their younger days, and told of their tales having to coax their sulking girlfriends.
"I was once like this when I was in love… I had to follow her on a motorcycle until my feet were sore. Don't mess with women," said @eddymdi.
Others commented how the man had an uphill task to try to console his partner, and shared their well-wishes.
User @hafiezainuddin said the man should continue consoling for as long as he could.
