KUALA LUMPUR: A video of a Malay man singing to a tamil tune has captivated thousands of social media users drawing him instant fame, especially among Tik Tokers.
The account holder, Muh Fadrullah, whose video, singing 'Achacho Punnagai' song from the movie 'Shahjahan' posted three days ago has gone viral, gaining about 128,000 likes on Tik Tok alone.
The original song was composed by Mani Sharma and sung by Udit Narayan was produced in 2001.
The video captioned as 'First time singing tamil song' has also been shared over 4,000 times and commented on more than 6,000 times.
Many of the netizens likened Muh Fadrullah's voice to the original singer's voice while showering him with praises.
