PUTRAJAYA: The Registrar of Societies (RoS) has concluded that the DAP central executive committee (CEC) re-election on Nov 12 has fulfilled the stipulated conditions.
In a statement, RoS said international audit firm Grant Thornton, which was assigned by DAP, has submitted the full report of the DAP's CEC re-election through a letter dated Nov 27.
"We will issue a notification letter on the result on Monday.
"RoS has agreed that the full report on DAP's CEC is kept by Grant Thorton within a reasonable period of time in accordance to the party's constitution's requirement," it said in a statement.
RoS said it has received 17 complaints on DAP's CEC re-election since Nov 28.
The complaints were from Selangor, Penang and Negri Sembilan.
