3 varsity students win posts in Kepong PKR

KUALA LUMPUR: Three members of Mahasiswa Keadilan Malaysia (MKM) entered history when PKR elections saw them elected in the party’s Kepong branch yesterday.

MKM’s information bureau said MKM president Naim Brundage easily clinched the post of Kepong PKR branch chief.

He will work with the party branch’s deputy chief Balakrishnan Muneyandy.

MKM communications bureau chief Adham Zahyn was elected as the party’s branch youth chief, while MKM programme bureau chief Muhammad Shahrul Nizam was elected the branch’s deputy youth chief.

“MKM extends the heartiest congratulations to members who contested and won in elections at the branch level,” said MKM in a statement issued today.

“Opportunity and faith given by the grassroots signal clearly to the central (party) leadership that the voice of youths, especially students of higher learning, is relevant to the development and prosperity of the country. MKM wishes the best in serving the people.”
