KLANG: Pakatan Harapan candidate Pua Pei Ling has unofficially won the Bukit Lanjan state seat.
Based on an unofficial result, Pua won with 49,052 votes against Muniraa Abu Bakar from Perikatan Nasional who garnered 12,203 votes, giving the former a 36,849-vote majority.
Pua, when met, thanked the voters and said she was determined to serve the people.
"A bit tiring after two weeks of campaigning, yet I remain energetic to serve the people," she said.
