Putra Nilai: Investment and living opportunity

PUTRA Nilai in Negri Sembilan is a 2,522.4ha integrated and mature development that is part of the Greater Klang Valley extension and Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV) under the 11th Malaysia Plan.

As part of MVV, Putra Nilai will benefit from some RM400 billion of investments expected to flow into the development over the next 30 years.

It is strategically interconnected and accessible from other major townships via integrated highways such as North-South Highway, Elite Highway, Nilai-KLIA Expressway and rail links (Komuter and Express Rail Link) .
