Debutant Leong Jun Hao showed no signs of nerve when he notched a 21-13, 21-8 win over Algerian skipper Adel Hamek, securing Malaysia the win.

Scratch pair Teo Ee Yi-Mohd Arif Latif also made easy work of their opponents, Koceila Mammeri-Youcef, beating them 21-12, 21-10

Last month's Malaysia International Challenge runners-up Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik completed the drubbing with a 21-11, 21-15 win over Abderrahime-Adelin the final match.
