KUALA LUMPUR: Reunited men's doubles pair Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani have advanced to the US Open semi-finals.
The Malaysian duo beat Taiwan's Chiu Hsiang Chieh-Yang Ming Tse 21-15, 21-19 in the last eight at the Mid-America Centre in Iowa on Saturday.
They will meet China's Chen Bo Yang-Liu Yi in the semi-finals.
Former world No 9 Sze Fei-Izzuddin are currently ranked 53rd.
The last Malaysians to win the US Open men's doubles title were Cheah Soon Kit-Soo Beng Kiang in 1992.
