KUALA LUMPUR: Pearly Tan-M. Thinaah extended their perfect record against Thailand's Jongkolphan Kititharakul-Rawinda Projongjai as they smashed into the women's doubles quarter-finals at the Hangzhou Asian Games today.
World No. 9 Pearly-Thinaah brushed aside Jongkolphan-Rawinda 21-15, 21-17 to make it six wins on the trot over the world No. 10.
Standing in between Pearly-Thinaah and a guaranteed podium finish is South Korea's Baek Ha Na-Lee So Hee.
Pearly-Thinaah will be out to exact revenge on their previous loss to the world No. 2 in the final of the Malaysia Masters in May.
