ALOR STAR: Brazilian footballer Sandro Da Silva is making quite a “scent” in Kedah.
The enterprising midfielder launched his own brand of perfume at a hotel in Alor Star on Saturday.
It is called SM, which is S for Sandro and M for his wife, Michele Franca.
Sandra, who started playing in Malaysia four years ago, said: “I have never imagined I would have a product of my own.
“It’s a dream come true for me and my wife to be able to do this in Malaysia,”
Sandro, who has just celebrated his 100th appearance with Kedah in the M-League, said he hopes to stay with the Red Hawks for another year.
“I would like to play for another season with Kedah because I have the passion with this team and I don’t want to think about joining any other team.”
