KUALA LUMPUR: Kedah seized the Super League top position following a 4-0 win over Felda United at Darulaman Stadium in Alor Setar on Saturday.
Kedah, Pahang, Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) and Melaka have each collected seven points with Aidil Sharin Sahak’s side at the top on goal difference.
Zaquan Adha Abd Radzak (16th minute), Anmar Almubaraki (41st), Shakir Hamzah (53rd) and Fazrul Danel Nizam (74th) netted for Kedah.
Pahang are second after the 1-1 draw with Melaka at Hang Jebat Stadium.
Pahang took the lead through Goulon Herold Mark (fifth) before former national captain Safiq Rahim equalised for Melaka from the spot a minute before the final whistle.
In Manjung, PJ City (PJ City) recorded a come from behind 3-2 win over Perak SEDC.
PJ City netted through Pedro Henrique (45th), Giancarlo Rodrigues (73rd) and R. Barathkumar (82nd).
Kalidou Coulibaly (29th) and Hafiz Ramdan (51st) scored for the home side.
In the Premier League, Selangor United defeated Sarawak 3-2 at Selayang Stadium for their second win of the season.
