'Jojo' knocks out rival in 36 seconds

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Muay Thai fighter Johan "Jojo" Ghazali has become a viral sensation with a 36-second KO win.

The Sarawakian notched his fifth consecutive win this year by flooring Mexican star Edgar Tabares in the ONE Fight Night 17, catchweight bout, at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok on Friday.

The 17-year-old said: "My name is Johan, in Malay it means champion. I will be on a mission to live up to my name.

"Mark my word, I'll be the youngest ONE Muay Thai champion ever.

"I feel great, it has been a hectic fight week.

"It's amazing, I'm on the big stage now. It's just the beginning. There will be bigger fights to come... stay tuned, guys."
