Exciting women's hockey battle between PKT Uniten and Terengganu Ladies

KUALA LUMPUR: PKS Uniten coach Lailin Abu Hassan anticipates a tough encounter against defending champions Terengganu Ladies in Tuesday's Malaysian Women's League match in Kuala Terengganu.

Lailin said Terengganu Ladies have depth in every department.

The Terengganu side, who have seven national players, lead the standings with 13 points from five matches, followed by PKS Uniten on nine points.

However, PKS Uniten hold an advantage as they have only played three matches.

"It will be a tough match. Both teams have their strengths and weaknesses, and I expect it to be a balanced match.

"As for us, we will need to tighten of defence as Terengganu Ladies are strong in attack," said Lailin, who is also the assistant coach of the national women's team.
