SEREMBAN: It will be an all-Egyptian men's final in the Ace Malaysia Squash Cup.

Top seed Mostafa Asal will face compatriot Karim Abdel Gawad in the final at the Dato Said Sports Complex in Seremban Two, Negri Sembilan tomorrow.

World No. 5 Asal defeated eighth seed Ramit Tandon of India 11-6, 11-1, 11-5 in 42 minutes, while world No. 6 Karim overcame fourth seed Ng Eain Yow 11-8, 12-10, 11-5 in the semi-finals today.

The 25-year-old Eain Yow admitted he was not at his best.

"All credit to Karim; he dominated the match and did not allow me to play my game.

"It was too taxing due to the tough matches in the earlier rounds.

"Karim is one of the best players on the PSA Tour now. It is wake-up call for me," said the world No. 20 Malaysian.
