KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Bank Bhd (RHB Bank) and RHB Islamic Bhd today introduced RHB's Corporate MyDebit Card, aimed to reduce check issuance and cash payments among key government agencies.
RHB Banking Group managing director Datuk Khairussaleh Ramli said among corporate customers targeted were government agencies who are also RHB Bank customers, such as Employees Provident Fund (EPF), the Social Security Organization (Socso), the Royal Malaysian Customs Department and the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
He said RHB Bank is committed in playing an important role in supporting the government's efforts to drive digital payments.
"RHB's Corporate MyDebit Card will strengthen the electronic payment thus boosting productivity.
"Further, this card is also expected to be utilised by our corporate segment customers estimated at 300,000 currently," he said at the launching event here today.
