KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd’s subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd has clinched a RM45 million piling works, raft and sub-structure contract from Altimas Sdn Bhd for a mixed commercial development in Taman Kuchai Jaya here.
In an exchange filing today, Econpile said the contract involved the development of Parcel 2, a 39-storey and a 43-storey mixed commercial development comprising residential suite with amenities, podium carpark and basement carpark.
“The contract is the main stream business of its subsidiary and is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of Econpile for the financial year ending June 30, 2020.”
