TH appoints Rina Sarif as new chief human capital

KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) has appointed Rina Sarif as its new chief human capital officer effective from August 3.

Prior to joining TH, Rina was Tenaga Nasional Bhd human resources general manager.

She also held various leadership positions in several government-linked companies and multinational companies.

Rina has an extensive experience in the administration of human capital transformation and talent development, and is responsible in formulating and implementing progressive strategies in developing new talents for the current needs of the organisation and in the future.

Her experiences and achievements in the field of human capital transformation have led her to some accolades.

She was awarded the "Top 101 Most Influential Global HR Leader 2019" from the World HRD Congress in addition to several other Asian awards.

She is a member of the Universiti Utara Malaysia's industry advisory council and the Human Resources Online Advisory Panel.

TH group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Nik Mohd Hasyudeen Yusoff said Rina's appointment was one of the pilgrims fund board's efforts to strengthen the professional leadership towards becoming a respected institution for achievement and good governance.
