LIKE it or not, popular actor Fattah Amin is like your cup of morning coffee — steaming hot and its aroma can awaken your senses.
And there is no denying that he is the most sought-after leading man of the small screen.
Recently, drama producer and director Michael Ang took to Instagram Live Story to say that Fattah, his hero in Hero Seorang Cinderella, had been inducted into the list of the highest paid artistes. Joining Fattah are Janna Nick, Aaron Aziz and former screen legend Erra Fazira.
In the video, Ang said: “All the A-listers are expensive. They wouldn’t be called A-listers otherwise.”
You would have to take his word for it, as he was one of the drama producers who cast Fattah in two of his hit TV series — Suri Hati Mr Pilot and Hero Seorang Cinderella.
The 26-year-old leading man is also down for Ang’s next drama series an adaptation of the 2007 hit K-drama The 1st Shop Of Coffee Prince, which began filming yesterday.
Janna is his leading lady in the series, which has gender- bending as its central theme.
Earlier, there were talks that Fattah would play the leading role of Han Gyeol, which was originally played by South Korean actor Gong Yoo. An petition was launched by K-drama fans who stood firm against having Fattah on board the Malaysian adaptation of the drama.
