(Showbiz) Actress Fathia Latiff has learned her lesson post viral video controversy

KUALA LUMPUR: Everyone deserves a second chance to clean up their mistakes, and actress Fathia Latiff wants to turn over a new leaf.

“I’ve accepted my mistakes... I’m not a perfect human being.

“I just want to lay low for now and work at finding that inner strength again. I don’t feel pressured anymore, in fact I am able to control my emotions now. But I want to be closer to God,” said the 30-year-old artiste in a recent report.

Fathia was recently embroiled in a controversial Bigo Live app video which depicted her dancing while sporting a sexy attire that revealed some body parts.

As some Netizens continued to condemn her on social media, she pleaded to not channel their criticism towards her family.

“When my family has to carry the burden of my actions, I feel guilty.

“I’ve apologised to my mother many times. I know she is upset, but what’s done is done.

“I have to accept the consequences. Alhamdulillah, my family has never turned their back on me,” she said.
