KUALA LUMPUR: Shortly after local fashion designer Amir Kadir had offered to sponsor an outfit for Aishah to wear during her performance at the Gegar Vaganza Season 4 (GV4) concert, many other sponsorship offers have followed suit.
The offers come as a blessing in disguise for the Janji Manismu singer who was criticised for her ‘unflattering” attire during one of the GV4 concerts.
The singer said various companies have come forward to express their intentions of sponsoring Aishah – from wardrobe, slimming products right up to physiotherapy sessions (for her long-standing knee problem).
She said she had received hundreds of text messages, messages through social media and telephone calls from various parties who want to collaborate with her.
“I was quite surprised to know many are interested to work with me since the outfit incident took place. I would like to thank everyone who has reached out,” she said.
However, there has been no confirmation as to which companies she has agreed to collaborate with.
GV4 airs live every Sunday at 9pm on Astro Ria (channel 104) or Ria HD (channel 172).
