KUALA LUMPUR: Collaborating with foreign acts is definitely not something new for award-winning singer Yunalis Zara’ai, having worked with big names like Usher, Jhene Aiko and DJ Premier.
But recently, Netizens got all excited to see the exchange between Yuna and Russian music producer, Zedd on Twitter.
The US-based Malaysia-born singer tweeted: “i have to have a song with @zedd so i can fully impress my friend’s 4 year old daughter. She loves singing The Middle & its still in my head all week”.
The following day, the multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and DJ tweeted back to her saying: “Let’s write something together :)”. And Yuna replied: “let’s!”
Yuna’s fans are hoping that a collaboration between the two will materialise in the near future.

Zed who has collaborated with singers such as Selena Gomez and Ariana Grande has released two studio albums, a compilation album, 10 music videos, seven extended plays, 26 singles (including two as a featured artiste) and 27 remixes.
Born Anton Zaslavski, he primarily produces and performs electro house music, but has diversified his genre and musical style.
