KUALA LUMPUR: The divorce between actor Nazim Othman and actress Bella Dally recently has triggered a chain of reactions from their fans.
While some expressed their shock and sadness over their split, some younger fans of Nazim wasted no time trying their luck at “seducing” the newly single-again actor by sending sexually-inappropriate photos and messages.
Feeling appalled by their actions, the 34-year-old Monalisa drama series star shared the incident in a series of Instagram stories.
“Kemain teenagers zaman sekarang. Berani DM DM gambar seksi dengan mesej aneh-aneh kat aku yang jauh lagi tua darimu? I’m single but not available. (Teenagers nowadays are going overboard. You are so daring at sending inappropriate messages and sexy photos to someone who is way older than you.)
Nazim in a recent news report said: “I don’t know how to react when I read their messages. The messages are not only sent by girls, but I receive from boys as well.
“What I can say is, their messages and photos are just too much and appalling.
“When I open their profile, I find that a majority of them are still in secondary school. What is happening to teenagers nowadays?”
Nazim and Bella divorced on May 2. The two tied the knot on Sept 10 in 2016 and have no children together.
