KUALA LUMPUR: Still mourning over the passing of his father, Joe Flizzow is in a quandary.
He is down to perform at 16 Baris concert scheduled tomorrow at the National Tennis Centre of the National Sports Complex here.
In his Insta-story today, he admitted that he was in two minds whether to perform at the concert or sit out.
“These last few days have been very difficult and testing for myself and my family as I have been dealing with the death and demise of my father, Ishak bin Nengah.
“This has put me in a dilemma... whether I should be performing at 16 Baris event this Saturday,” said the 38-year-old award-winning artiste.
Joe however, said that among the many things his father Ishak Nengah, a former TV3 presenter, had taught him was to always honour a commitment.
Ishak, 65, breathed his last breath on Monday after losing his battle to nose cancer, or nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). He was diagnosed with the condition since 2011.
Besides Joe, he is survived by his wife Aisyah Ali and two other sons — Ashraf, 36, and Iman, 28.
