KUALA LUMPUR: New parents Sharnaaz Ahmad and Noor Nabila Mohd Noor are currently coping with parenthood having recently welcomed their newborn son.
Sharnaaz took to Instagram yesterday to announce the name they have given for their little bundle of joy — Jebat Jayden Ahmad.
Many had correctly guessed the baby’s name after the couple had referred the little one “Baby J” previously.
Netizens are assuming that the choice of name is inspired after Sharnaaz’s character in the 2011 television series he starred in called Bukan Kerana Aku Tak Cinta.
With a photo of his son, Sharnaaz captioned it: “Hye asalamualaikum dgn lafaz bismillah dan penuh kesyukuran.. berkat Rahmat Allah yg maha kuasa .. Dengan ini sy memperkenalkan anak kesayangan kami bernama Jebat Jayden Ahmad B. Sharnaaz Ahmad.”
It also appears that the parents have created an Instagram account for Jebat (@jebatjayden), which has since amassed over 50,000 followers.
Sharnaaz and Nabila, who is the elder sister of popular TV host-actress-entrepreneur Noor Neelofa, tied the knot on March 31 last year.
