KUALA LUMPUR: Singer Nabila Razali and her husband Nik Iruwan Nik Izani had recently held a wedding reception at a hotel in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
In a news report yesterday, the couple made a grand entrance when they were carried in a palanquin from the banquet hall doorway all the way to the wedding dais.
Nabila, 31, and her husband, former car racer Nik Iruwan, 38, were wearing traditional Javanese wedding attire; both in white tops worn over golden brown Javanese sarung.
About 250 guests at the reception were also entertained by a Kuda Kepang performance by young dancers and Hael Husaini who sang the song originally popularised by Carefree, Belaian Jiwa.
Earlier, the couple's marriage was solemnised on Nov 18 at a closed event held at a resort located in Bukit Tinggi, Pahang.
