KUALA LUMPUR: After “disappearing” from the entertainment scene for two decades, actress Datin Sharmaine Farouk is set to make her presence felt again.
Actor Arash Mohamad posted a photo of him with the 1992 XX-Ray and Panggilan Pulau (1994) star on his Instagram with the caption: “She's back!!!!!!!! @sharmainefarouk bintang filem XX-Ray arahan @azizmosman yg pertama dulu. It’s an honour dpt berkerja dgn dia. Mesti ada yg masih ingat kan...?”
He also wrote that they were currently filming a 20-episode TV drama series titled Cinta Tanpa Henti for TV3’s Samarinda slot.
Also in the cast is Farahdhiya Mohd Amin.
The 47-year-old Sharmaine is married to Sepang International Circuit’s CEO Datuk Ahmad Razlan Ahmad Razali and they have four children.
