#Showbiz: 'He changed after his kidney transplant' — Dayangku Intan on husband

KUALA LUMPUR: Veteran singer Dayangku Intan reveals that her life partner, Rosman Yahil has somewhat changed since his recovery from the kidney transplant he had last Sept 28.

In a news report today, the 52-year-old artiste said she would find her husband cleaning the house in the mornings; and she had even caught him with his eyes all welled up when watching a moving scene in TV drama series.

“Since he ‘took’ one of my kidneys, I find him to be extra diligent these days. When I wake up in the morning, I’d find him sweeping our lawn.

“I enjoy teasing him about the changes in him and how he is expressing his emotions more now. I usually record him on the smartphone and show the videos to our children,” said the singer who will be performing at Konsert Retro in Istana Budaya on Feb and 2.

The Senandung Hari Raya Untukmu singer donated part of her kidney to her husband who was suffering from kidney disease.

Dayang and Rosman have been married for 34 years and have four children.

On the two-day Konsert Retro, other artistes who will also be performing include Uji Rashid, Hail Amir, Jay Jay, Lan Solo and Asmidar.

Tickets, priced at RM30, RM50, RM70, RM90 and RM100, are available at www.ilassotickets.com
