KUALA LUMPUR: Fate has struck a heavy blow against singer Adira Suhaimi when she lost two of her loved ones in a period of five days.
In an entry on Instagram today, the 27-year-old artiste wrote: “Allahuakbar....lps satu2 dugaan yg ku terima...blm pun hilang kesedihan kehilangan abah tersayang...dtg lagi dugaan bila mendapat khabar nenek telah kembali ke rahmatullah sebentar tadi. Ya Allah berikanlah aku kekuatan untuk menghadapi dugaanmu ini.”
(It’s one after another... While I’m still grieving over my father’s passing, I’ve just received news that my grandmother has passed away just now. I pray that God gives me strength to face this tribulation.)
According to a news report today, Adira has just returned from her hometown in Sabah, after attending her father’s funeral.
Her father, Suhaimi Rajiman passed away last Thursday.
Meanwhile, it is reported that Adira is four months pregnant. Due in August, this will be her and Datuk Seri Adnan Abu’s third child.
The couple who tied the knot on Dec 3, 2015 have been blessed with two children, Anggrek, 2, and seven-month-old Asan.
