#Showbiz: Super Junior's M'sia gig postponed!

KUALA LUMPUR: Following the cancellation of K-Pop group Seventeen’s Malaysian concert due to the current coronavirus outbreak, another sensational group, Super Junior, has also suffered the same fate.

Concert organiser, Star Planet, announced today that the highly-anticipated Super Junior World Tour – Super Show 8: Infinite Time conceert has been postponed.

The show was supposed to have been set for March 1, where the popular group would have performed at the Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil.

Star Planet revealed that the postponement was made in view of protecting the health and safety of the artistes, performers, patrons and staff.

This unfortunate decision was made in response to the health authorities and worldwide efforts in taking preventative measures to curb and contain the escalating coronavirus epidemic.

The postponement was also due to the travel restrictions put in place which have caused an unforeseen impact on global logistics, affecting the planning of the equipment shipping process.

The organiser also expressed its sincerest apologies to fans on the matter and added that the rescheduled date for the show would be announced at a later date with the venue to remain unchanged.

All tickets already purchased will remain valid after the postponement. Fans are advised to keep their tickets and stay tuned to updates via Star Planet’s official website or fan page.
