KUALA LUMPUR: Singer Aina Abdul is pleasantly surprised when her single, titled Fool, was played by a Japanese radio station there.
Fool was released last December.
Feeling honoured, the 28-year-old artiste said that this marked another milestone in her career.
"I don't know how it happened or who had requested for it to be played on that radio, but I'm very happy nonetheless," she said in a news report today.
Meanwhile, Aina also said she did not want to pay too much attention to criticism hurled at her for her fashion choices in the official music video of the song which was released on YouTube a few days ago.
"I do read the comments, but I won't let harsh criticism get to me.
"What is important is that the team and I have done our best to come up with the music video for the song," she said.
