KUALA LUMPUR: After successfully holding her three solo concerts here, singer Aina Abdul is now ready to stage her maiden solo concert in Singapore on Jan 6.
In a recent news report, the 30-year-old singer will be staging A Night With Aina Abdul Live In Singapore at The Theatre at Mediacorp, a concert hall with the capacity of 1,800 spectators.
"Finally, I'll be able to perform in front of my fans in the island republic. I'm grateful that this dream is going to be a reality, through the co-operation of Aina Abdul Entertainment with concert organiser Neptune Presents.
"As this will also be my first concert outside Malaysia, let's test the water first by starting at a smaller venue.
"I'm also quite nervous about this performance and to ensure that everything will be okay, preparations began about three months ago," she was quoted in the report.
At the concert, Aina is expected to perform a total of 26 songs at the two-and-a-half hours concert.
She will also be accompanied by 15 musicians from here, who will be led by Mac Chew.
