KUALA LUMPUR: Popular K-Pop group NCT will be launching a new unit with its three members Doyoung, Jaehyun and Jungwoo next month.
According to Soompi, SM Entertainment announced yesterday that the trio dubbed DoJaeJung would release its first EP titled Perfume on April 17.
The EP will feature six new songs of various genres led by the title track Perfume.
Doyoung, Jaehyun and Jungwoo, who are known for superb vocal and performance skills, plan to show a completely different side of themselves as artistes with this new unit.
DoJaeJung had its first performance during NCT 127's concert in Seoul, South Korea last October.
SM Entertainment's announcement was accompanied by a schedule, track list and first teaser for the upcoming EP.
Although the individual members and NCT all have their own Instagram accounts, the trio also launched a new DoJaeJung account yesterday.
