KUALA LUMPUR: Popular actress Nik Uqasha Nik Sen or Uqasha Senrose is now the proud mother of a 2.72 kilogram baby girl.
Uqasha and her actor husband Kamal Adli welcomed their first bundle of joy at a private hospital here yesterday morning.
In an Instagram post, the 32-year-old artiste revealed that her daughter's name was Uqaira Kamal.
"My beautiful little princess has finally arrived this morning. Welcome to the world Uqaira, I love you so much," said Uqasha.
Uqasha who married Kamal, 38, on Nov 5, 2021, had previously suffered two miscarriages.
The first one occurred not long after her marriage while she was on her Umrah to Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
The second one occurred back home in November 2022, not long after her wedding anniversary.
Uqasha is the elder sister of actresses Nelydia Senrose and Raysha Rizrose, and the niece of the late 1980s actress Rosnah Mohamad Noor.
