KUALA LUMPUR: South Korean actor and singer Lee Min-Ki successfully conquered Mount Kinabalu in Sabah last Thursday.
The 39-year-old took to Instagram to share his "victory" of reaching the summit of Malaysia's highest mountain which is 4,095 metres high.
Lee shared a video and four photographs of himself on the "roof of Malaysia" via his Instagram account and one of them saw him pose with a signboard that read Kinabalu Park World Heritage (Low's Peak - 4,095.2 M, Mt. Kinabalu).
Lee's post has to date recorded 117,195 likes and 2,976 comments.
One netizen identified as Imma said: "Congratulations Min-Ki. Welcome to Malaysia's greatest mountain. So proud of you."
Azreen said: "Well done Min-Ki. You'll definitely enter our book of records as the first K-Pop star to conquer Mount Kinabalu."
Lee first found fame in 2005 starring in the drama series Taereung National Village.
