MHholidays launches Trips and Tours to promote domestic travel

KUALA LUMPUR: The tour operating arm of Malaysia Airlines, MHholidays, recently launched its latest product, Trip and Tours to better serve its customers.

The launch is in support of the recent Green Zone Domestic Travel Bubble initiative by the government to revive domestic travel and tourism sectors in Malaysia.

Malaysia Airlines in a statement yesterday said customers could claim up to 25 per cent discount on bundle packages, which includes the flight, hotel, and activities when purchasing from MHholidays.

Customers can choose from over 40,000 trips and tours across 1,000 international and domestic destinations.

"The introduction of Trips and Tours further builds on MHholidays' aim of making travel seamless by providing an all-in-one travel booking experience leveraging on technology," said Malaysia Airlines group chief of marketing and customer experience officer Lau Yin May.

"Currently, MHholidays packages are only available for MH operated flights, and we are working towards expanding it to include Firefly codeshare flights in 2021," she said.

The feature offers a wide range of activities, attractions, and experiences in addition to the existing flights and hotel packages.

The attractions include full-day tours in West Malaysia such as Kinabalu Park in Sabah and Boko National Park in Kuching, Sarawak.

Other attractions include tickets in theme parks such as Sunway Lagoon, Desaru Coast Waterpark, and Aquaria KLCC.
