KUALA LUMPUR: The children and single mothers from Rumah Titian Kasih were treated to a Hari Raya celebration by Grand Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, recently.
The guests, comprising 18 single mothers and 29 children aged three to 12, were treated to fried fish fillet, mee hoon, rendang, cakes, pastries and chocolate fondue.
The hotel’s general manager, R. Prabakaran, said various department heads took part in the event.
“We at Grand Seasons make it a point to give back to society during every festive season.
“We wanted to bring smiles to the children and ensure that they have lots of fun today from the activities, gifts and our special guest clown.
“It is hoped that they enjoy themselves even if it is just for a while.”
The hotel also handed out duit raya and goodie bags.
