KUALA LUMPUR: A 58-year-old motorcyclist was killed after his bike crashed into a drain at KM305.7 of the North–South Expressway, earlier today.
It was believed that the victim had lost control of his Naza Blade 250 superbike before it crashed.
A police source said the man, identified as Shamsuddin Zakaria from Setapak, was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The incident did not involved other motorists,” he said.
He added the body was taken to Serdang Hospital for post-mortem.
Serdang police chief Assistant Commissioner Razimi Ahmad confirmed the incident.
