KUALA KANGSAR: A man died while another was seriously injured following an accident at Km247.4 of the North South Expressway.
A fire and rescue department spokesman said a distress call was received at 11.52pm yesterday.
"Upon our arrival, we found a three tonne lorry had crashed onto a stationary lorry," he said.
Both victims, said the spokesman, were pinned to their seats.
Rescue operation was called off at 1.04am.
At press time the identity of both victims are unknown.
