Sabah Quake: Nude tourist lashes out at Masidi

KOTA KINABALU: Insulting posts from a man believed to be one of the foreign climbers who stripped on Mount Kinabalu shared on his Facebook and Twitter accounts had gone viral and triggered outrage among netizens.

Emil Kaminski on his Facebook posts seemed to be proud of his act on stripping on the mountain by posting a picture of the group in action with the caption 'time of my life', and claimed that he is still somewhere in Tawau district.

His name was not in the list of five identified by police earlier, but it was reported that 10 foreigners are sought by police for investigations.

He even launched an attack to State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun on Twitter for blaming the group had caused the earthquake on Friday.

Netizens were appalled and reacted by condemning Kaminski for not respecting the mourning day today in the reply comments section in the two social platforms.

Masidi meanwhile responded by retweeting the post and said 'it takes a monkey to call another person a monkey'.

Attempts have been made to contact the police but so far no comments had been made on the person involved and the validity of the accounts.
