PEKAN: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak joined women folks to stir the "bubur lambuk" (traditional porridge) for the breaking of fast event at his residence here today.
Najib and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor arrived at their house - Sri Kenangan - here at 5.40pm.
He immediately proceeded to one of the cauldrons to help out other volunteers in stirring the porridge upon arrival.
About 1,200 containers of bubur lambuk were prepared at the programme, which was organised by Pekan Women Organisation and District Single Mothers' Organisation.
Najib later left for Kampung Merchong to perform the Maghrib prayer with the villagers.
