KUALA LUMPUR: The fourth phase of Microsoft’s 2-in-1 tablet experience is now ready for pre-order on Lazada.com.my (http://www.lazada.com.my/microsoft-store/Surface-Pro-4/) with price starting from RM3,999.
The Windows 10 device is 8.4 mm thin, has a 12.3-inch PixelSense display, comes equipped with either 6th generation Intel processors Core M, Core i5, or Core i7, and has an updated Surface Pen with 1,024 levels of pressure sensitivity.
The sales collaboration of the Surface Pro 4 marks the first for Microsoft and Lazada in the Asia-Pacific region.
This also signals a long term partnership between the two companies as starting from October 27 onwards Lazada will be selling more of Microsoft’s products such as Windows and Office, Lumia smartphones, accessories, the anticipated Surface Book, other Surface tablets, and 2-in-1 products.
Though ready for pre-order now, stock for the Surface pro 4 will only be available on November 19 which is also the official date of the 2-in-1 tablet’s launch.
There is still no word on Microsoft bringing in its Surface Book laptop.
Other official retailers ready to take pre-orders of the Surface Pro 4 includes Harvey Norman, All IT Hypermarket, PC Image Sdn Bhd, Senheng Electric, SenQ digital station, SNS Network, Thunder Match Technology, Viewnet Computer System, and Microsoft’s authorized reseller store in KLCC.
