KUALA LUMPUR: Legendary rock band Search’s 35th anniversary concert, Konsert Search 35, scheduled for April 9 at Stadium Merdeka has been postponed.
Its organiser Afjets Sdn Bhd and the band announced the postponement and apologised for the inconvenience in a joint Press statement released yesterday.
They also said the decision was made for safety reasons as construction work adjacent to the stadium could pose danger to spectators.
The concert’s new date will be announced later, and it would be a “special date” to commemorate the band’s founding.
Tickets purchased by fans can still be used, and the special gifts promised for fans will still be available.
