KUALA LUMPUR: A taxi driver was found dead in a room of a condominium in Setapak, here, this afternoon.
The victim, Cheah Kong Yik, 35, was found lying on a bed with a stab wound on his thigh, at around 1.30pm.
Wangsa Maju police chief Superintendent Mohamad Roy Suhaimi Sarif, said that police were still investigating whether it was a murder or a suicide case.
"Police detained the victim's 38-year old girlfriend and an Indonesian maid to aid in the investigation.
"It's too early to classify this case. The forensic team is currently investigating," he said when contacted.
It is learnt that both women were in the house which is located on the 20th floor.
The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
