KUALA LUMPUR: Maxis Bhd launched the new MaxisONE Home, a home fibre broadband service designed to provide an overall better home fibre broadband experience.
It is the first home broadband service that comes with a team of internet experts "on time, every time" and a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed promise.
"When we scanned blogs, forums and social feedback, we found the same recurring frustrations. Six out of ten problems faced by home broadband users are to do with not getting WiFi around the home.
"Our goal is to build a broadband service that works perfectly by introducing MaxisONE Home, to get customers' broadband experience right, starting from installation itself," Maxis head of integrated services Tai Kam Leong said at the launch ceremony here today.
The MaxisONE Home package starts at RM170 depending on customers' requirements with upload and download speed ranging from 20Mbps to up to 100Mbps.
