KUCHING: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi turned up at the Sarawak General Hospital following news of the arrival of a body from the Sebuyau helicopter tragedy.
Zahid arrived 30-minutes after Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak made his way to the hospital at 4.40pm.
The first body of a passenger from the ill-fated helicopter, which was lost in Sebuyau was brought to the hospital's Forensic Medical Department at 3.30pm.
Also present were Najib's wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, Federal ministers, Eastern Field commander Lieutenant-General Datuk Mohd Zaki Mokhtar, and next-of-kin of the victim.
