GEORGE TOWN: A video of a man creating a ruckus at the famous Deen Nasi Kandar in Jelutong here, has been making its rounds on social media channels since the morning.
The video, captured via the outlet's closed circuit television (CCTV) camera, showed a man in white walking into the shop before he began shouting at several workers.
He left shortly afterwards.
It is not known what actually transpired but photographs later emerged of the outlet, showing the cash register on the floor, shattered glass and blood stains, purportedly linked to the incident.
Check by the New Straits Times at the site this morning showed it was business as usual with scores of patrons making a beeline for their favourite nasi kandar.
Police have yet to issue any official statement. The shop staff have so far remained mum on the incident.
