DELL has unveiled new Vostro and Latitude series of laptops in Kuala Lumpur today.
In the Vostro line are the Vostro 14 5000 and Vostro 14 3000, while for the Latitide side, Dell is offering the Latitude 13 3000 series 2-in-1.
Dell Malaysia's general manager, commercial business KT Ong says the new laptops are designed to meet the needs of the small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
"The SMB owners want affordable solutions that can help their employees be more productive. The Vosto and Latitude lines are designed to help the SMBs meet that needs," he says, adding that the laptops are able to perform critical, everyday task of the SMB workers at affordable prices.
The Vostro 5000 Series 14-inch laptop (model 5468) comes with Intel 7th generation Core processor with upto GDDR5 4GB video memory, up to 1TB HDD, 256 GB SDD or an optional dual drive HDD and SDD for more storage. The laptop also offers up to 16GB memory, which can be expandable to 32GB.
Meanwhile, the Vostro 14 3000 Series 14-inch laptop (model 3468) provides security options and reliable business productivity features for budget-conscious SMBs.
On the Latitude 13 3000 2-in-1 convertible laptop works in 4 modes - laptop, tent, stand and tablet,enable by its 360-degree hinge feature.
Besides that, Dell also launches the Precision Tower 5810, 7810 and 7910 workstations with virtual reality (VR) experience capability.
The Vostro 14 5000 (model 5468) is priced at RM2,630 (Core i5), while the Vostro 14 3000 (model 3468) comes at RM2,164 (Core i3). The Latitude 13 3000 2-in-1 is available at RM3,499 (Core i5).
The VR ready Precision Tower starts from RM5,483 for the T5810 model.
