EcoWorld launches 4 projects

SHAH ALAM: EcoWorld Development Group Berhad has launched four new projects simultaneously under its EcoWorld’s Firsts campaign in the Selangor, Penang and Johor.

The campaign saw the launching of Eco Ardence and Grandeur in Setia Alam and Ijok respectively, Eco Bloom @ Eco Meadows in Penang and Eco Business Park II (EBP II) in Iskandar Malaysia.

Eco Ardence, which spans over 533 acres of prime freehold land, offers luxurious semi-detached homes and bungalows priced from RM1.3 million onwards. It is the first Eco World township where art, culture and commerce are interwoven with community living.

Eco Grandeur in Ijok is a residential township sitting on a 1,400 acre land with homes targeted at first house buyers and young families with starting price at approximately RM500,000.

Eco Bloom, located on the Penang mainland, is an integrated high rise commercial and residential development with prices starting from RM388,000.

EBP II offers cluster and semi-detached factories priced from RM1.96 million which are caters to SMEs and MNCs with businesses in Iskandar Malaysia.

The simultaneous launches of the four new projects were very well received by potential buyers, said EcoWorld president and chief executive officer Datuk Chang Khim Wah.

“The response and support received for the launches has been tremendously positive despite the current challenging property market and the turnout today (yesterday) at all our EcoWorld Galleries is a testament to the strong brand we have built over three years.

“In the lead up to the launch, we have been recording strong registration of interest for the projects. We are delighted to see all these prospective purchasers coming with their families to select their units. This bodes well for our ability to translate the registrations received into sales and we are confident that all four launches will do well,” said Chang when met at the Eco Ardence Gallery.

The first launch of Eco Ardence comprises of semi-detached and bungalows with varying sizes priced from RM1.3 million onwards where the uniquely designed homes are nestled within a very lively and vibrant environment which reflects the developer’s enthusiasm and passion to reimagine Shah Alam as a sub-urban city of art, culture and commerce.

Eco Grandeur’s first phase sees the building of affordably priced two-storey garden homes and two-storey terraced homes with starting prices of about RM500,000 without compromising the quality, lifestyle features and amenities.

Chang said first time home buyers will find the two-storey terraced houses priced below RM500,000 very desirable as well as to those who are already living in the area and are looking for a better quality of life can do so without having to move away.

“This area has many old housing developments and we decided with 1,400 acres, we can start (the price) at RM488,000 for first home buyers and young families. We think there are a lot of them here who are looking for new houses with the element of a gated and guarded community.

“Even though they buy at the RM488,000 intermediate starting price, we have decided that all of EcoWorld’s DNA like strata (titles), gated and guarded, greens, back lane gardens, cycling tracks, seamless walkways as well as broadband services are part of this development as per any township that we build regardless of the price,” he said.

EcoWorld chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin said the group was pleased with the overwhelming support.

“This has given us the confidence to push forward with the massive launch and we have our loyal customers to thank for their continued support and believe in the team as well as the Eco World brand,” he said.
