KUALA LUMPUR: A food stall assistant was charged at the Sessions Court today with raping a 15-year-old girl last year.
The 29-year-old man claimed trial to the charge that was read to him before judge Datin M.Kunasundary today.
He was accused of committing the offence in the bedroom of a house at R41, Lot 2376, Lorong Hajjah Latipah, Segambut Tengah in Sentul here at 8.30pm on Feb 15, 2015
Kunasundary did not grant bail to the accused and fixed Feb 3, next year for mention.
Deputy public prosecutor Liyana Zawani Mohd Radzi prosecuted while the accused was unrepresented.
