PETALING JAYA: The Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar today confirmed that a police report was lodged against former special operations director of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Datuk Bahri Mohd Zin, alleging that he abused his power while in office.
Khalid said the police have launched a probe into the matter.
“An investigation paper has been opened and whatever finding we reach will be forwarded to the Attorney-General’s Chambers for the next course of action,” he told reporters after launching Op Selamat 10/2017 earlier today.
Khalid added that the report against Bahri was lodged in Kelantan.
